But just searching and finding her was not the end of your great commitment. You offered me a full service package so that I didn’t have to worry about anything! From the appointment for the veterinarian prepurchase exam, over the assessment by the official state vet to the necessary formalities for the importation and the transport to our stables, you organized everything perfectly! Thanky to your help, either by dressage clinics at our stable or by online-training with videoequipment, Cunessa and I are learning and improving constantly. Andy was incredibly smooth and pleasant. He was helpful and patient in finding the right horse to suit our requirements. We went through numerous horses to finally find the one we wanted, at a good price. The horse is doing well at our Ranch in Califirnia, and it is exactly what Andy mentioned. Thanks also for helping with the Vet, testing and shipping issues. And we keep good contact even after the delivery of the horse. One more thing, with the selection of horses, Andy mentioned some negative sides of certain horses without me asking (those were not indicated on the website). That is honest behavior from a seller, i really appreciate it.
